Leadership

Pastor Wes Holland has been Pastor at Westminster since 2006. He grew up in Palmetto, GA and came to faith in Jesus Christ as a freshman at Georgia Southern College. While at Georgia Southern Wes was discipled by a Presbyterian minister who recommended he transfer to Covenant College to further his study of the Scriptures in earnest since he was beginning to sense God's call to the ministry. Prior to seminary, Wes grew in his ministry experience as he served as an intern at Independent Presbyterian Church in Savannah, GA and visited Uganda twice on missionary trips.

Wes received his Master of Divinity degree from Westminster Theological Seminary in Philadelphia (1995). After seminary he served as the Assistant Pastor of Covenant Presbyterian Church in Panama City, FL for nearly three years. Then he served as Associate Pastor of New Covenant Presbyterian Church in Aiken, SC for nearly nine years before coming to Brandon.

Wes and his wife Mandy have been married since 1992. They have four children: Rachel, Molly, Abby, and Will. Wes enjoys reading, playing basketball, and cheering for the Atlanta Hawks and Georgia Bulldogs.
